Rules to be followed by a true yogi(Niyama)

                                               NIYAMA Yama are the "do these things". These are the rules which you have to follow if you want to become a true yogi or a good person in your life. Niyama are positive duties and observations. Yama and Niyama are complements to each other.  Yama - don't do these things Niyama- do these things There are five Niyamas. All together are tolls for a happy and joyful life full of spiritual experiences. Shaucha (self-purification or cleanliness) Santosha( contentment) Tapah( self-discipline) Swadhaya( self- learning) Iswara Pranidhana( self-surrender) 1)Shaucha(self-cleanliness) Cleanliness, not only outer cleanliness but also inner purity.
