Why good exercise and sleep is important?

Today we are going to talk about The importance of good exercise and sleep. both of them are equally important for a healthy life.

First well talk about exercise.

Importance of Exercise.

first of all, we have to understand what is exercise?
Exercise is any body movement that contributes to enhancing or maintaining our physical fitness and overall fitness and wellness.
  •  Gives you time to think, retrospect, and introspect.
  • Physical activity helps Releasing the happy chemical, Serotonin.
  • and so on..........................................

sweeping your floor, walking to nearby shops, going up by stairs without taking the lift, doing Yoga daily or any kind of exercise jogging and pull-ups e.t.c. are all included in the exercise.

Ways we can do exercise
 
1)    Include the physical activities that you enjoy, in your routine. you also can also implement it in your daily lives. let's see how..........
  • Opt to walk to your nearby shop/Grocery store Or walk wherever you can. Walking gives you time to think, retrospect, and introspect.


  • you can take the stairs instead of taking a lift. when you start doing this repeatedly you will notice that your stamina is increasing and you have become a little healthier.


 2)  If you have a really busy schedule by doing yoga or by doing any kind of workout in the morning or at least once a day.



IMPORTANCE OF SLEEP

Most people take sleep lightly but sleep is equally important as exercise in our life. So we must take a proper and good sleep every day for the proper functioning of our brain and body.



our body heals during sleep. Now we have understood the benefits of good sleep. so how can we take a good sleep?

Way to take a proper sleep

  • Going to bed can help people to get their full sleep.
  • Sleeping early provides you enough rest to wake up on time.
  • Wake up to the natural light rather than sound-based alarm.

  3. I don't know if your blog is still active or not, but I still wanted to say thank you for sharing and posting what you have on your yoga experience. I was searching google for account on actual practices and experiences regarding yoga, not so much from a technical posture perspective, but an actual lived experience as it is something I have been thinking recently about pursuing. Sometime google search gets it right and gets you to a good site.
