  • It is not help us to develop physically but mentally also. In yoga we train our body and brain both. Asanas help us to improve our body posture, prevent and cure diseases,e.t.c. and pranayama help us in brain,emotional and consciousness relate issues
  • It makes our brain flexible. everywhere we see in videos, in reading and in any book everyone is talking about flexibility of mind but in yoga everyone talks about flexibility of brain. As some said "Body is not stiff, mind is"  this means we need to work on mind not on the body, body will automatically change with mind.
  • Increases aura or aura strengthening. aura is the circle of entry around us. this entry reflects our thoughts means . A person with a happy and calm mind radiates a positive aura; and vice versa for a disturbed mind. Daily practice of yoga calms the mind and thus strengthens your aura, letting you beam with positivity.
  • spiritual realizations. In yoga people who mediate properly at least one time feel something which can't be explained that feeling of spirituality like connecting with god. that feeling is just awesome.
  • Give strength to our organs. A few days of yoga can practice will show certain improvements like, realizing that your breaths have become deep and long. You will feel less stiff and crumpled as your muscles get relaxed. Your lungs will be stronger than ever, your limbs more flexible and back stronger. Your mind will feel fresh and your heart younger.
  • Anti-ageing property of yoga. After practicing yoga for few months a candidate feel like that his body start going back in time means it starts becoming healthier as it was before sometime.
  • Kindness. this is a benefit of doing meditation. meditation does a kind of a programming In our brain that you can't do any kind of things that hurts meand you become kind.

  • Control over thounghts. After you  become a pro in yoga. your thoughts will be in your control, you will be able to manipulate our thoughts according to yourself.
