For gaining weight one should increase his/her appetite and eat protein and fibre rich food(ex. cottage cheese, eggs,e.t.c.). You must do a lot of Suryanamaskar along with you can also start weight training if you really want to increase your weight.
Q2) What should our meal consist of after doing Yoga?
You can take protein and fibre rich food after doing yoga as it helps in repairing muscles because after doing yoga or any kind of workout, you obviously get fatigued but in yoga, 50% work is already done because Yoga also calms you as well.
Q3) Major Don't During Yoga.
- You shouldn't eat a heavy meal before yoga practice Or you must perform yoga when your stomach and bowels are empty.
- You should do some kind of warm-up before getting into asanas, you can do some stretches and loosen your body with some light yoga asanas.
- Most of the people drink water during their yoga practice which is not good. You must not drink water when you are practicing yoga.
one of the easiest and the best asanas for digestion is Vajrasana in this you just have to sit in a different manner. You can perform this after eating food for 5 min. and it will help you digest food. It also has some other awesome benefits.
